ECORYS International Talent Programme
ECORYS is a “leading European company specialising in economic and social development with a high reputation and stature across the EU, its Member States and third countries”. It "acts as a truly European company, which strives for professional excellence". ECORYS wants "to be the employer of choice for high quality staff".
These are all quotes from the vision & values of our corporate strategy, which reflect the key reasons why the International Talent Programme is so essential to our company. Through the International Talent Programme, we are creating a new generation of Ecoryans, which are literally and metaphorically crossing borders within the company and within Europe.
The Programme
Members of the ECORYS International Talent Programme will undertake a tailored training schedule, aimed at building on their potential to meet the long term business needs of the company's different divisions and offices. Lasting at least one year and involving placements in different parts of the company (which may include our network of offices in ten European countries), each member is 'sponsored' by a particular division or office.
In its eleventh year of this programme, ECORYS is again offering the invaluable experience to join our 'in house' talent programme. We have a limited number of highly prized places available and the programme is open both to existing staff members of ECORYS and external candidates; due to the strong competition candidates need to be of a particular high calibre.
Please read the summary information about the Business Units currently operating within ECORYS and indicate clearly on your application those which units you are interested in.
You can apply for a position on the programme by sending your motivation letter clearly stating which Division(s) you are interested in, curriculum vitae and list of marks to recruitment@ecotec.com.
For more information please download the International Talent Programme 2010 – 2011 document below.
Please note the closing date for all applications is 17.00 on Monday 7th June 2010.
All applicants must have the right to work in the EU.
